The claim shall be made when you discover the defect. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct.
You will receive a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item and all shipping costs. You will receive your refund within 10 days from the time we received the item.
