Return Policy

Return of christmas gifts
Returns that are received at our warehouse until 7th of January will get full refund for the items.

Return within 14 days
You have the option to return your order within 14 days after you have received the order. In additions, and regardless of whether the 14 days has expired, if we send you a faulty or incorrect product, you are entitled to return the product to us. You should notify us as soon as you become aware of any defect and return the product as soon as reasonably possible. You will receive a full refund for the item/s. If the complete order is returned the refund will include shipping costs. As soon as we have handled the return we will inform you by email.

Refund
You will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
The returned item must be in perfect condition placed in its original packaging. This means that the item is new, unused and has its price tag and label fully intact.

Use our return label
When returning items we strongly recommend that you use the return label that is enclosed in each package. If you chose to use another courier you are responsible for the package and its items until it arrives to our warehouse. Odd Molly have no responsibility to refund returns that have not arrived to our warehouse if you have sent the package with another courier than the one appointed on your return label (Schenker and UPS). American customers do not receive a return label in the package, please contact Customer Service and they will send one to you.
If you chose to send your return with another courier you have to contact Customer Service in advance so you do not have to pay for the return twise. Also you have to put a note in the package with the correct order number and customer number.

How to return

Sweden
1. Place the item in the original package.
2. Fill out the return form and include it in the package.
3. Attach the return label on top of the package.
4. Return the package to the Schenker delivery point.
5. The return cost will be deducted from the refund.

Returns from outside of Sweden
1. Place the item in the original package.
2. Fill out the return form and include it in the package.
3. Attach the return label on top of the package.
4. Visit www.ups.com and click on “contact UPS”
5. Call UPS customer service to arrange a collection.
6. The return cost will be deducted from the refund.

Important information for countries outside of EU
Please fill in the three Proforma Invoice For Return Of Goods that you received with your package. Please save the tracking number to be able to claim the sales tax and the customs duty.

How to claim your sales tax and customs duty:
Contact your local UPS office to receive your customs declarations number. They will ask you for your tracking number (written on your return label). When you have received your custom declarations number please contact customs service in your country.
