If you wish to return an item you have purchased from the Web Shop you have the option to do so within 14 days after you have received the item. You will receive a full refund for the item, including shipping charges within 10 business days from the time we received the item. But it will probably go a lot faster. As soon as we have received the return we will inform you by e-mail.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser“s credit card or to the bank account you transferred the payment from. If you paid with invoice we will credit the first invoice and you will get a new one sent to you by e-mail. If the complete order is returned a refund will include the shipping cost.
You are only allowed to return an item purchased from the Web Shop if it is in perfect condition. This means that the item is new, unused and has its price tag and labels fully intact. The original packaging shall also be returned. The Web Shop does not accept returns if an item is used, dirty, washed or damaged in any other way. If an item is returned and is damaged in any way the item will be returned to the customer.
Sweden
For Swedish customers please use the Schenker return label that you received with your package. If you have lost the return label; please contact customer service and we will help you. The return cost amounts to 39 SEK and will be deducted from the refund.
Please attach the return label on the package and return the package to the Schenker pick up place.
EU Countries
For international customers within EU please contact customer service to receive a return label. The return cost amount to DKK 75 for the Danish market, 8 GBP for United Kingdom and 10 EUR for all other EU countries and will be deducted from the refund.
To return an order please call your local UPS office to have them pick up the package. To find the telephone number to your local UPS office please visit www.ups.com and choose where you are from. When you call UPS you will tell them your address, date and time for pick up and tracking number, which you will find on the return label.
Countries outside EU (Norway and Switzerland)
For customers outside EU please use the three Proforma Invoice for return of goods that you received with your package. Please fill in which items you would like to return. Call your local UPS office to have them pick up the package. To find the telephone number to your local UPS office please visit www.ups.com and choose your country. When you call UPS you will tell them your address, date and time for pick up. When UPS comes to pick up the package they will bring the return label you need. On the return label you will find the tracking number. Please fill in the tracking number on the three Proforma Invoice for return of goods. You will receive a copy of the return label from UPS. Please save this to be able to claim the sales tax and the customs duty. You will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
The return cost amounts to 150 NOK for Norway and CHF 30 for Switzerland excluding VAT and will be deducted from the refund.
How to claim your sales tax and customs duty:
Contact your local UPS office to receive your customs declarations number. They will ask you for your tracking number (written on your return label). When you have received your custom declarations number please contact customs service in your country:
