Odd Molly offers one incentive scheme based on warrants in Odd Molly International AB. The incentive scheme was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting the 25th of November 2011 at the suggestion of Odd Molly´s Board of Directors and meant that 300,000 warrants was issued to Odd Molly International AB for future transfer to incoming president and vice president.
