Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from the American College in London, 1983; basic training at Stockholms tillskärarakademi, 1989-1990. Previously responsible for production, design and sales at Florenius & Co, 1986-1994; designer, Peak Performance, 1994-1998; designer, Celeste Design Group, 1999-2000; designer, Bondelid AB, 2000-2002. Presented the prestigious Golden Button design award by Damernas Värld magazine in 2008.

Marketing economics degree from DIHM, 1987. Founder of a number of retail companies, including Streetstyle, 1987-1995; Butiken Nollåtta in Stockholm, 1995-2000; and the distribution company Board Sports Sweden, 1995-2000. Founder of the clothing brand Svea, 1997, and copywriter at the ad agency Ogilvy, 2000-2002. Among the awards Per has received are Rookie of the Year at the Magic Fashion Show in Las Vegas in 1997, Window Displayer of the Year in Sweden in 2009, and the Creative Excellence Award from IWPA in New York in 2001.

Textile design studies at Lennings Textiltekniska Institut, 1989 and Stockholms Tillskärarakademi, 1984-1985. Extensive experience from the textile industry, including as pattern designer/buyer at Marc O´Polo, 1990-1997; buyer/production manager at Peak Performance 1997-2005; and production manager at J. Lindeberg 2005-2008.

Mads has long experience from sales within the retail business and has previously worked as International Sales Manager at Part Two in Copenhagen, as International Sales Manager at Mads Nörgaard in Copenhagen and has extensive experience from different roles at Levi´s Strauss in Denmark, the last one as Retail Director Scandinavia.

Henrik has a degree of master of science in business and economics from Uppsala University. Henrik started his career as an auditor at Osborne Johnsons Revisionsbyrå in 1994, thereafter he worked as a controller at Nike during four years. He started to work at Gant in 1999 where he held the position as CFO from 1999 to 2012. He also held the positions as COO between the years 2008 and 2012 and acting CEO during the first half of 2008.
