Countries we ship to

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain and Sweden.

If you do not see your country listed, we do not currently offer delivery to that country. You are always welcome to contact our customer service if you have any questions.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. During sale periods, holidays or other busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Once your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Separate deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, we reserve the right to ship the order in separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for separate deliveries.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the parcel or contact customer service as soon as possible with photos of the damage.

Customs, duties and import rules

For orders outside the EU, local customs rules, taxes or duties may apply depending on the destination country.

Any applicable information will be shown where relevant during checkout or handled according to local import rules. Local customs authorities may require additional information before delivery.

Returns
