Overarching goal

Odd Molly’s financial goals are as follows:
• A growth rate annually exceeding 20 percent on average in coming years
• An operating margin (EBIT) of over 12 percent over a business cycle
• An equity/assets ratio that over time is at least 40 percent.

Strategy

Odd Molly will profitably grow by continuing to create attractive clothing collections, utilizing its geographical platform and developing new and existing sales channels. This work is rooted in a quality-conscious, responsible and inspiring corporate culture.
