Payment

We cooperate with Klarna Checkout where we offer invoice payment, partial payment, card payment and direct payment (except for Norway) for the following markets:
• Sweden
• Norway
• Finland


After you enter your details in Klarna Checkout and have been identified, the payment options that can be offered are displayed. Regardless of which payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners is responsible for the transaction itself. If you have questions regarding your payment, we ask that you first contact Klarna on +46 8 120 120 10 or via their customer service.


All payment card holders may undergo validation and approval by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and prevent fraud.


Invoice
If you choose an invoice, this will be created as soon as your goods leave our warehouse. On the standard invoice, payment is valid for 30 days from the time the invoice is created, no invoice fee is added. Your invoice is sent via email to the email address you entered at the time of purchase. If you have chosen Klarna promotional invoice, the invoice fee shown in the checkout will be added. Klarna never does any credit information directly in Klarna Checkout, this is only done if necessary, depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you.


Return with invoice payment
If you return goods, you can postpone the payment date for your invoice via: My Klarna. Your invoice is adjusted, and a return fee is added regardless of whether you return all or part of the order.


For other markets, we cooperate with Adyen checkout where we offer the following payment methods:
• Card payment (Mastercard, VISA and American Express)
• Paypal
• Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Slice It, Klarna Pay Now (Germany and Denmark)
• Sofort (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland)
• iDEAL (Netherlands)
• EPS (Austria)


If you pay with PayPal, your order is automatically delivered to the delivery address you registered in your PayPal account.
