When your order has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email. You will receive the order confirmation to the email address you entered at the time of purchase (also check your spam). If you are a member of the Odd Molly Club, you can see all your orders on My pages. If you are unsure whether your order has been completed, or if you are missing your order confirmation, you can always contact customer service directly and ask.
In connection with your order being picked up by the carrier, you will receive a delivery confirmation sent to you via email. It contains your shipment number. You can also copy your tracking number and search it to follow the package's status. Search through the carrier's website. If you do not pick up your order and allow it to be returned, return shipping will be added.
When your order to Switzerland has been shipped you will receive an invoice from UPS within 10 days.
When ordering to Canada you will have to pay for tax before UPS deliver the order to you. The final cost includes the tax applied in your country as well as customs duty for your specific items. All orders are shipped with UPS and will be delivered to the address you entered in the checkout.
Carriers we offer
Carrier offers may vary depending on carrier availability based on zip code and package size. You will see available carriers in the checkout, after you have filled in your address.
The delivery time is visible at checkout. We reserve the right for extended delivery times during sales. You can follow your delivery by searching for your tracking number. If you have more specific delivery/agent questions, we recommend you contact your carrier directly. Keep your tracking number close at hand.
Unable to complete order
If you feel that you cannot get through your purchase, do not try several times. Instead, contact your card issuer/payment partner that you tried to order with at checkout and ask for advice before making your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot change/cancel an order after you have completed your purchase. The same applies to changes to the information you entered at the time of purchase. We also cannot add discount codes to orders that have already been completed.
You can always contact customer service if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has not reached too far in the handling process, customer service will be able to help you with this.
