General information
Outstanding orders: Due to the bankruptcy, Odd Molly is experiencing problems with shipping out orders. We aim to address this as soon as possible; however, this means that there will be a delay for customers before orders that have been paid for can be sent. Thank you for your patience.

Complaints (purchases before the bankruptcy decision): Odd Molly is no longer able to process complaints about goods purchased before September 25, 2024. Customers wishing to file a claim regarding a product purchased before this date may submit a claim for compensation according to the procedure described below. If a consumer has purchased a product with a credit card or other consumer credit service, it may be possible to file a compensation claim with the creditor. Consumers are also referred to general consumer guidance.

Complaints (purchases after the bankruptcy decision): A consumer who has purchased a product after September 25, 2024, may still file a claim as long as the e-commerce is open and the business continues under the responsibility of the bankruptcy estate. After the e-commerce has been closed or the business is no longer under the responsibility of the bankruptcy estate, claims may be filed with the bankruptcy estate following the procedure described below.

Sale or return: Customers who have ordered goods from Odd Molly e-commerce have the right to withdraw within two weeks if the following conditions are fulfilled. A non-prioritized claim may be addressed to the bankruptcy estate if the purchase was made before September 25, 2024. If the purchase was made with a credit card or other consumer credit service, it may be possible to receive compensation from the creditor. Customers are referred to general consumer guidance. If the order was made after September 25, 2024, the right to withdrawal may be addressed to the bankruptcy estate.

Right to exchange: The right to exchange cannot be offered for goods purchased before the bankruptcy decision or for goods purchased after the bankruptcy decision.
