General Questions
The EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the Data Protection Directive and has been designed to harmonize the various data protection laws in Europe, to provide all EU citizens with data privacy protections and rights, and to change the way organizations across the region deal with data privacy. The Data Protection Regulation applies from 25 May 2018. Odd Molly has taken appropriate measures to comply with the provisions of the GDPR.
In the menu at the top of the web page, you can browse through the various categories that are available. If you know the product name or article number, you can use our search function in the upper right corner of the page. We're always improving our search function for functionality and user experience, why some product might not be able to find.
We currently do not have gift cards but hope to have them available soon.
Ordering, shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping to most EU-Countries.
Delivery Zone – Parcel shops:
Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Polen, Belgium and France.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days.

Delivery time: 2-4 working days.
*During sale periods, holidays, and external circumstances, the delivery time may be longer than indicated. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout - No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.Upon placing an order, you will receive a tracking link from either DAO or PostNord, allowing you to track the package's journey and estimate the delivery date.
Shipping rates can vary depending on home delivery or parcel delivery and are calculated at checkout.

If your country or region is not mentioned, please feel free to reach out to see if we can work out the details.
The order confirmation is sent to your email address. Confirm that you wrote the correct email address when you placed your order and that the order confirmation did not end up in your junk mail. If you still can't find it, contact our customer service and we'll send you a new one.
Once your order is complete, the handling process starts immediately. It is not possible to change the content of your order after it has been placed.
Most of the time, the order goes through quickly and thus there is a limited time you can cancel the order after it has been completed. If you want to cancel your order, you need to contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
If you have entered the wrong contact details, we cannot change it. But we can remove the order so you can order again with the correct information. This is provided if your order has not yet started to be processed.
It may happen that the item you ordered has run out of stock when we start picking your order and therefore it cannot be sent in your package. If you receive an email that the product is out of stock, it will not be sent afterwards. The money will be refunded using the same payment method you used when you completed your purchase.
You can always place a size watch on the product and order it if it comes back in stock.
- Check that you have selected the correct country. Click in the top right corner to change country.
- Clear your history.
- Remove all items from your cart and then add all items again.
- Use your computer's default web browser.
- Ensure that your contact details are entered correctly and completely.
- Try to complete the purchase using another payment method.
- Try logging in and out of the web page.
- Try with another browser.

Safe Payment
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Klarna.
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Slice It, Klarna Pay Now.
At checkout, press 'I have a discount code'. Then you see a box where you fill in your voucher or discount code and then press ‘use’. Keep in mind that all discount codes cannot be combined with each other.
Make sure the items added to your cart meet all the criteria for the specific discount code. Please note that most discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and can only be redeemed once per customer.
We cannot add discount codes to orders that have already been placed.
Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Unfortunately not. Our sales and promotions are always decided in advance and only valid for a limited time. We always do our best to help our customers with different types of inquiries but if you have purchased an item outside of this time frame, we are unable to make a price adjustment.
If you have returned all or part of your order, you can easily log in to Klarna's app or klarna.com and report your return, then your invoice will be paused until we have handled your return.

We use SSL (Security Socket Layer) technology so you can feel safe when ordering online. This is the standard for secure online purchases and means that all personal and payment information is encrypted. This means that the information you enter is not available to unauthorized persons. Payment information is handled encrypted directly in the payment provider's own servers and thus cannot be accessed or seen by us. SSL technology provides an authentication that guarantees that your data is sent to the correct server, an encryption that encodes all information so that only the secure server can read it, and a data integrity function that checks that no information has been changed.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer you as an extra service a full 14 days return on all orders purchased online.

A refund request can be submitted within 14 days from the day you have received your package. If this is a public holiday, the right of return applies from the next weekday.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
Please follow this guide for an easy and quick return:
- Pack your item(s) securely. The item(s) can be returned even if the plastic is broken during testing. Use the post order bag from receiving the order or pack your return order in a bag or box that can be securely closed.
- Register your return at our Odd Molly Return Portal and follow our guide and the steps. Please make sure to fill in your order number and the correct return reason. Put the return label on the package.
- Drop off your return package at the parcel shop or another drop-off point. You can see which currier it must be sent back with on the return label. Once you have submitted the shipment, it will be returned to our return warehouse. With the return label, the package is insured and you will be able to follow the package return journey via the track and trace link you receive by sms or email upon delivery.
A return fee is added to all returns and deducted from your refund. Even if you send back several orders in one package, the return cost will be charged for each individual order. You will be refunded through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 14 days from the time we have registered your return until you receive your refund. Please note that it may take a few extra days during sales. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation via email.
You can return within 14 days from the time you collected your package.
We do not have the right of exchange, but you can return sale items within 14 days of picking up your package.
Unfortunately, we have no right of exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your products to us for a refund. You are then welcome to make a new purchase.
You can track the status of the return via your return parcel number. You will also receive a message when we have received your return. We advise you to contact Klarna and let us know that you have a return on its way to us, and Klarna can help you pause your invoice.

Complaints
Contact us about your complaint as soon as you discover the defect. You must notify customer service of your complaint before submitting it to us. We always do our best to send out all items in perfect condition. If you have received a damaged/defective item, contact customer service with:
- A picture/video where we can clearly see the defect.
- Description of the defect.
- Order number.
We will get back to you as soon as we can. We only accept complaints caused by manufacturing defects. Items that have been damaged through daily use are not considered defective. If we approve your complaint, we will send you a new return slip via email, which you should use when you send back the defective garment. Do not use the return slip that came in your package, as returns and complaints are handled separately. Please note that your complaint must be approved before it is returned.
If you have received an incorrect item, contact our customer service and attach a picture of the contents of the order as soon as possible. Then they will help you further.
